Feels almost like serum!! Very nice.
I had stopped using toners, due to their drying effects. I read that a toner is helpful if it's moisturizing. Never heard of a moisturizing toner, until I read Pyunkang Yul was in a list of best toners. I decided to go with the black tea infusion. I've been using for 2 weeks and it has been a wonderful experience. It is thicker than most toners, but it cleans my skin and leaves it feeling refreshed and moisturized. I know it's hard to gage a rating as 'real', but this is real. I bought this toner after extensive research online. I paid for the product and I love it. Shipping was surprisingly quick, too.
