- Only unopened and unused products are eligible for a refund. Opened or used products cannot be refunded.
- Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

To request a refund, please email hello@pyunkangyul.us with the following information:
- Order number in the subject line.
- Product name(s) you wish to return.
- A detailed reason for the refund request.
- Photos of the product(s), including the Lot ID (typically found on the bottom or side of the product).
- The product must be unopened to qualify for a refund.
Once your request is received, we will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks, and your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the transaction.

- Sale items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
- Used products: Any product that has been opened or used is not eligible for a refund.
- Order cancellations: Orders that have already been processed and/or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Shipping issues: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
- Stolen or lost packages: If the package is marked as delivered but is stolen or lost, we cannot offer a refund.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. For any issues related to tracking, delivery, or delays, please contact the carrier directly.
